Vitamin B6 relieves our fatigue and exhaustion. When we are infected with coronavirus, we feel weak. So we must take vitamin B6. Vegetables and fruits are rich in vitamin B6. At this time we must take selenium. Selenium is very beneficial for patients with coronavirus, HIV AIDS, cancer, diabetes and hypertension. Since coronavirus severely affects various patients including diabetic, hypertension, we must include this food at this time.

Since we need to increase immunity, zinc is definitely needed. Zinc is found in our daily diet. Usually vegetables, fruits we get enough zinc.
At this time we must drink enough water. Drink five to six liters of water a day. But we must be careful. We need to wear masks and use hand sanitizers so that we can maintain our physical well-being. In addition we need to take vitamin D. We can take vitamin D from the heat of the sun in the morning.
