1. 2 pieces of meat without chicken breast bones (large),
2. Adabata 1 teaspoon,
3. Garlic half a teaspoon,
4. Cumin seeds half a teaspoon,
5. 1 teaspoon of raw chilli paste,
. Half a teaspoon of pepper paste or gourd (white or black or 2 mix),
. 1 teaspoon of lemon juice,
. 1 teaspoon of soy sauce,
9. 1 teaspoon of testing salt,
10. Half a teaspoon of sugar,
11. Salt (if required),
12. 1 tablespoon of tomato sauce,
13. Tomatoes, cucumbers, carrots and onions cut into cubes or tri-angles.
14. Raw pepper 7/8 hours
15. As oil I have used soybean and mustard oil. You can also use only soybean oil if you want.
Method: – Cut the meat into cubes / tri-angles and leave all the spices for 1 hour. Arrange cucumbers, meat, carrots and tomatoes one by one on the stick, put a pepper on the head and fry it in a little oil in four directions. Garnish and serve later.
