When we sit down to read, we have to look left and right in the book, and then we have to process the information in the brain.
The brain gets tired of doing 2 things at the same time. And when we sleep in bed or in a comfortable place, our brain thinks it’s time for its rest, so then it gets sleep.
You have to sit in a table and chair for salvation. You can drink water again and again. This will fill the ureter after a while and you will have to go to the washroom, so you will fall asleep.
You can take short breaks in between reading.
Try tea and coffee. Caffeine will calm the brain. However, if you have trouble sleeping, it is better not to do it!
You will read by heart from evening till 10 o’clock at night. If you fall asleep, you will do math or something else. And you will read on the chair table. If you fall asleep, you will fall asleep. The key to sleep deprivation.
